Official Rules for the Giveaway

Grocery Giveaway

• Open to current members of Atlantic City Federal Credit Union in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
• Employees of ACFCU are not eligible to enter or win.
• Void where prohibited by law.

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Members can enter by completing the official entry form online at [insert link] or by mailing a postcard including name, address, phone number, and email to “Grocery Giveaway” ACFCU 1005 11th St, Lander, WY 82520.
• Limit one entry per member. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

• The giveaway begins on 02.15.25 and ends on 03.12.25.

• Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $100 gift card for groceries valued at $100 each.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 03.13.25.
• Winners will be notified via phone or email within 5 business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

• ACFCU reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
• ACFCU is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, or other errors that may affect the outcome of the giveaway.
• By entering, participants agree to release ACFCU from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

• Information collected for this giveaway will only be used to administer the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.  Your membership contact information may be updated with the address, phone number, or email address you provide.

Eligibility:
This promotion is open only to members of Atlantic City Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) or individuals eligible for membership. Employees, board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Promotion Period:
The campaign begins on March 1, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025. There will be one winner selected each month during this period, for a total of eleven (11) winners.

How to Enter:

• Members may submit one (1) entry per month online at atlanticcity.coop.

• Multiple entries within the same month will result in disqualification.

• Entry does not guarantee winning.

Winner Selection:

• Winners will be randomly selected each month from all eligible entries received for that month.

• Entries do not carry over to subsequent months; a new entry is required for each monthly drawing.

Prize Details:

• Each winner will receive a $20 gift card, with the retailer selected at the sole discretion of ACFCU.

• A total of eleven (11) $20 gift cards will be awarded over the course of the promotion.

• Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or substitution will be provided.

• Prize amount tax reporting will be sole responsibility of winner(s) selected.

Use of Name and Likeness:
By entering the promotion, participants grant ACFCU permission to use their name, likeness, and/or photographs for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Terms:

• ACFCU reserves the right to change, alter, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize.

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of ACFCU, which are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability:
ACFCU is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances that may disrupt the promotion.
